At Baby Que Online, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably—because we know how important it is for parents to get what they need without delay.

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding delivery timelines, charges, order tracking, and more. Please review it carefully before placing your order.

1. Delivery Locations

We currently ship across India, covering all major cities, towns, and pin codes. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please enter your pin code during checkout or contact our support team.

International Shipping is currently not available, but we plan to expand soon. Stay tuned!

2. Order Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation with your order summary once it has been placed.

  • Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking link to monitor delivery progress.   

  • Orders placed after 12 PM may be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary based on your location:

We work with trusted logistics partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, and India Post to ensure timely and secure deliveries.

4. Shipping Charges

We strive to offer affordable and transparent shipping.

  • Standard Shipping: ₹49 on orders below ₹999

  • Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹999

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹50 additional COD handling charge (where available)

  •  Free shipping offers may be subject to promotional campaigns.

5. Order Tracking

You can track your order anytime using:

  • The tracking link provided via email/SMS

  • The “My Orders” section in your Baby Que account

  • Or by contacting our customer service team with your order number

Tracking typically becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available in select pin codes. If unavailable for your location, you’ll be notified during checkout.

  • Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

  • We reserve the right to disable COD for accounts with multiple cancellations or refusals.

7. Delays in Delivery

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High demand during sales or festivals

  • Unforeseen weather conditions or natural disasters

  • Operational issues with our delivery partners

  • Government restrictions or lockdowns

We will proactively inform you of any delays via email or SMS.

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at checkout.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Unavailability at the time of delivery

  • Refusal to accept the order

…the package may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • We can re-attempt delivery after address confirmation (extra charges may apply), or

  • Issue a refund (excluding shipping & COD charges)

9. Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packing your orders. If you receive a damaged, tampered, or incomplete package:

  • Do not accept the parcel and request a remark from the delivery agent.

  • Take photos or videos of the damaged box/item(s)

  • Report it to us within 24 hours of delivery at [Insert Email/Phone]

We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.

10. Special Requests or Urgent Orders
