1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with:

    • All original tags and packaging intact

    • Accessories, manuals, and promotional items (if any)

    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice)

Return requests after 7 days will not be accepted, unless the item is defective or damaged.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following items unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery:

  • Innerwear (panties, briefs, training pants, etc.)

  • Breast pumps, feeding bottles, and nipples (if opened or used)

  • Baby skincare and hygiene products (e.g., lotions, wipes, powders, soaps if unsealed)

  • Opened packs of diapers or wipes

  • Personal care products for moms (if used or opened)

  • Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as “Final Sale”


3. Return Process
Step-by-Step Return Instructions:
  1. Contact Us

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return

    • Photos of the product (if defective or damaged)

  2. Approval & Pickup
    • Once your return request is approved, we’ll arrange a pickup from your address (for eligible pin codes), or you will be guided on how to ship the item back to our warehouse.

    • Please ensure the package is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

  3. Inspection & Processing
    • After we receive your return, our team will inspect the item within 2–3 business days.

    • You will be notified via email on the status of your return and refund.


4. Refunds

Refunds are issued only after successful inspection and approval of the returned product.

a. Refund Modes
  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, etc.)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunded via store credit, wallet balance, or direct bank transfer (as preferred)

b. Processing Time
  • Refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days after the return is approved.

  • Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect.


5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please:

  1. Initiate a return for the original item (as per above instructions), and

  2. Place a new order for the desired item on our website.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We sincerely apologize if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Include photos clearly showing the issue, along with your order details.

  • We will arrange for a replacement, refund, or credit depending on product availability and your preference.


7. Cancellations

8. Shipping Charges for Returns
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged/defective product), we cover the return shipping charges.
